This is an easy-peasy, go-with-the-flow recipe.
Ingredients
Beef roast
approximately 2 c. Pepperoncini, sliced, with juice
Garlic
Salt
Instructions
Rinse the roast and pat dry. Season the roast with spices. Place the roast in the crock, then pour pepperoncini over the top. Cook 6-8 hours until tender, depending on the size of your roast.
Serve hot over GF bread, riced cauliflower, white rice or plain with sides.
